10 injured in Road Accident at Katra’s Meyari Area

At least ten people were injured in a road accident near the Meyari area of Katra in Jammu on Thursday evening.

A Police official posted in Katra told The Kashmiriyat that a vehicle bearing registration no JK14C 8995 going towards Jammu from Katra on reaching near Meyari skidded off the main road, resulting into injuries to ten persons.

He said that the injured persons have been shifted to PHC Meyari, from where all the injured persons shifted to PHC Katra for further treatment.

Hospital officials upon being contacted by The Kashmiriyat identified the injured as Neer Susa aged 35 years son of Dura Susa resident of Veer Ganj, Nepal, Kumari Susa wife of Dura Susa, Dharmveer Choursia son of Inderdhar Choursia, Sunita Choursia age around 30 years wife of Dharmver Choursia, Seema Kumari age around 38 years wife of Bhubneshwar, Lalan Sa age around 45 years son of Durga Sa, Ramawati Sa age around 36 years wife of Lalan Sa,  Bhubneshwar Parshad  age around 40 years son of  Partap Narayan, Sumesha Sa age around 3 years daughter of Neer Sa, all residents of Veer Ganj in Nepal.

One More injured has been identified as Mangat Ram son of Sita Ram resident of Reasi.
