10 Militants Believed to be Killed in Shopian Encounters: Full Details

At least 10 Militants have been Killed in the ongoing Encounter in South Kashmir’s Shopian District.

3 Militants have been Killed in the Kachdoora area of Shopian, Sources told The Kashmiriyat.

The 44 RR,  CRPF  and zainpora police cordoned off Dragad area of sugan village after receiving inputs that a group of militants are hiding in the area.

Sources that as soon as forces cordoned off the area,  militants hiding there fired upon them which was retailated triggered encounter.

Government Forces have laid down a massive siege in the area and more troopers are being rushed to the area, Official sources confirmed to The Kashmiriyat.

7 Militants have also been killed in the Dragad area of Sugan Shopian while more Militants are believed to be hiding in the area.

Official sources Said that after receiving specific inputs about the presence of militants 34 RR,  CRPF and shopian police cordoned off kachdoora village shopian district 

They added that as the searches were intensified  militants hiding, fired on the forces which was retailated triggered encounter.

Sugan is the native area of Hizb Commander, Zeenat ul Islam.

One Civilian identified as Niyaaz Ahmad from Kachdoora Shopian has also been shot dead.

Many more Civilians are also believed to be injured in the firing near the encounter sites upon civilians after protests erupted in the area.

Meanwhile South Kashmir Districts are observing a Complete shutdown in protest.

Internet and Railway Services have also been suspended across Southern Kashmir.

Many Prominent Militant Faces Including Saddam Padder and Zeenat ul Islam have also been reportedly killed in the ongoing encounter in Kachdoora.
