Army Vs Police- Army Refutes Allegations, Say we Always Fill Police Vehicles With Oil

In an Exclusive story carried out by The Kashmiriyat an hour back, we had told our readers that Jammu Kashmir Police in Kulgam had arrested a “Diesel Smuggler” who got diesel from 9 RR of Indian Army.

The 9 RR of Indian Army based in Kulgam immediately refuted the allegations while speaking to The Kashmiriyat correspondent.

He said that the Army has always helped the needy persons. “We have not asked anyone to smuggle oil, but in the past too we have been helpful to anyone in need,” an official of 9RR said.

He added that Jammu Kashmir Police vehicles are routinely filled by the Army, however it is unfortunate that the Police never highlights that rather it spreads slander and libel against the Indian Army.

“Check our track record, we have always assisted people, who are in need,” the official said.

He said that the Army has always assisted poor and the boy who was arrested by the Jammu Kashmir Police was one such boy who was in dire need of help.

Earlier Jammu Kashmir Police Officials had told The Kashmiriyat that a person identified as Farooq Ahmed shah resident of Amnoo Kulgam who was illegally transporting four canes of Diesel (140lts) in a Tavera bearing registration JK02s /9597 was arrested by the Police.
