US Made M4 Makes Entry into Kashmir Through Jaish e Muhammad Militants

March 29 Government forces on Friday recovered a US-made M4 assault rifle from the two Jaish-e-Mohammad militants, who were killed in an encounter in central Kashmir’s Budgam district of Jammu Kashmir. A police official said a joint party of police, CRPF and army launched search operation Nowgam area in central Kashmir’s Budgam district last evening after inputs that two Jaish militants were hiding there. “As the search operation started, militants hiding in the area fired on troops. March 28 Facebook on Wednesday named Kashmir a separate country though, The social media giant said it has removed the reference. “We mistakenly included Kashmir in our blog post when listing the countries and regions impacted by the Iranian network we disrupted for coordinated inauthentic behaviour,” Facebook said in a statement. On Tuesday, the company said that it removed 513 pages, groups and accounts for engaging in “coordinated inauthentic” behaviour as part of multiple networks tied to Iran.
