The BJP leader Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi addressed a public meeting in Kargil on Wednesday where he described Article 370 and 35A as an obstacle in the development of Kashmir.
“Whatever the thing has happened in the wake of Kashmir’s progress and restoring peace there, we will restore the peace and development and peace there.”
He said that BJP’s agenda is for development of Jammu Kashmir, Keeping the caste-religion and other things side-by-side, a highway has been developed.
Naqvi expressed hope that the BJP will win this time by a good margin and will take possession of the Kargil-Leh parliament seat.
