The Government Forces on Saturday launched a cordon and search operation in the Ganopora locality of South Kashmir’s District.
Sources told The Kashmiriyat that on Saturday, the forces including 44 RR of Indian Army and Jammu Kashmir police sealed all the entry and exit points to the Ganopora area.
Locals told The Kashmiriyat that a heavy contingent of forces reached this Shopian locality and are conducting a search operation in the area.
A search operation was going on when this report was being filed.
