Kiran Patel is a fraudster from Gujarat who was arrested by Jammu Kashmir Police in March for faking to be a senior official of the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO Official). The Supreme Court of India on Tuesday observed that only the Constituent Assembly of Jammu Kashmir had the power to recommend the abrogation of Article 370 which provided special status to the region. A Hindu leader has demanded that the Moon be declared as 'Hindu Rashtra' and the Chandrayaan-3 spacecraft's landing site as its capital.
