The song was released on the late singer’s social media handles, which are managed by his family. On YouTube, the track has already garnered over 7.2 million views and 1.6 million likes. Nigerian singer Burna Boy, who had met Moosewala’s parents last year in the UK, has done rap for the track. Steel Banglez has given the music. Students belonging to different faiths have been organizing Iftar for their Muslim friends, in Karnataka’s Bidar, reported Muslim mirror. The students at Shaheen Group of institutions, prepare plates of fruits, pakoras, and Rooh Afza, etc. on a daily basis. While the Muslim students break their fast, their non-Muslim friends serve them food and drinks. A Hindu student said that they prepare Iftar for their Muslim friends every day. “We find peace by doing this, we also want to be a part of Ramadan,” she said, adding that she feels happy seeing an environment like this. “I really feel lucky in helping Iftar for my Muslim friends,” she said, adding that the atmosphere during the Iftar presents a sense of unity.

Three Muslim fruit vendors were severely assaulted by a right wing hindu group wounding one of them, in the Sangareddy area of Telengana. As per a report by Muslim Mirror, during the assault, the gang allegedly made the Patancheru traders consume alcohol. An Army officer has allegedly raped his domestic help in New Delhi after which the Delhi Police filed a First Information Report, NDTV reported. According to the report, the woman in her statement to the police said, Major Gaurav on July 12, raped her while she was cleaning his quarters at about 10 pm. The woman has also accused him and another relative of killing her husband. The woman, who has a two-year-old son, told the police that Major Gaurav had sent her husband to run an errand that night. When he left, the Major told her to go inside his room but she opposed it. He slapped her and dragged her into the room, the woman said in her statement. A Delhi court acquitted three Muslim men arrested on the charges by the National Investigation Agency (NIA) for bein affiliated to the Indian Mujahideen (IM), the Hindu reported. The trio was languishing in jails for several years. Unknown persons attacked a Sikh priest with a sharp-edged weapons and chopped off his leg in Punjab's Tarn Taran district, Police said. The priest identified as 32-year-old Sukhchain Singh was attacked last night in Khadoor Sahib town and the attackers managed to escape after the incident, Senior Superintendent of Police Gurmit Chohan said, as per news agency PTI. The priest was admitted to a hospital and two surgeries were done. He is now out of danger, the senior police official informed. The priest was employed at a gurdwara in Bannia village.
