March 03 A 17- year old boy, Ikhlas Ahmed Bhat, resident of Adar area of Khanabal area of South Kashmir's Islamabad (anantnag) has alleged torture by Indian Army on the wee hours of Sunday morning. March 03 Massive clashes have erupted in Mir Bazar area of South Kashmir's Islamabad (anantnag) district on Sunday morning after a verbal brawl between a Local and Army men. Locals told The Kashmiriyat that on Sunday morning Army men thrashed a youth in the Malpora area of Mir Bazar without any provocation which resulted in a verbal brawl between the Army men and Locals. However, more Army men rushed to the spot and started thrashing the locals, and also scattered the goods of nearby shopkeepers. February 28 Intense clashes erupted between Locals and Indian Army in Seer Hamdan area of South Kashmir's islamabad (Anantnag) district on Thursday morning after Army allegedly thrashed two bikers in the area. As soon as the Army thrashed the civilians, the locals gathered near the spot resulting in verbal brawl between the Army and locals. February 23 A 45 year old man was injured after being hit with a stone in Lal Chowk area of Islamabad (anantnag) in South Kashmir on Saturday morning.
