November 09 One Militant has been reportedly killed in an encounter that started between Militants and Government Forces in the Dar Ganie Mohallah of Tral area in South Kashmir’s Pulwama District on Friday Officials told The Kashmiriyat that 42 RR of Indian Army, SOG of Jammu Kashmir Police and 180 BN CRPF jointly launched the Anti Militancy operation. Sources told The Kashmiriyat that on Friday morning, the forces including 42 RR of Indian Army, Jammu Kashmir Police sealed all the entry and exit points to this Tral area. November 07 A causaul employee of Power Developement Department was electrocuted on Tuesday evening in Bandzoo area of South Kashmir's Pulwama district. Locals told The Kashmiriyat that Shabir Ahmad Sofi, a resident of washbugh Pulwama, was electrocuted while restoring power supply line at Bandzoo after the recent snowfall in the Kashmir valley. November 05 Lone Nawaz Snowfall that started from Thursday night in upper reaches of Tral has come not just too early in the season but also as a blight on the valley’s apple orchards.
