At least seven persons are feared dead while several others wounded in a road accident in the Boniyar area of Baramulla district. Officials told The Kashmiriyat that on Wednesday afternoon, a passenger skidded off the road and rolled down into a deep gorge in the Bujithala area of the north Kashmir district. They said that the rescue operations were launched immediately after the accident. "Due to the snow and the slippery conditions the rescuers are finding the operations a little tough, however, several injured have been rescued from the spot," they said. The injured have been shifted to the nearby health facility where they are being treated, the officials added.
