Speaking to The Kashmiriyat Kashmiri students studying in the same college said that on Wednesday night they were having dinner when they suddenly heard a loud noise. "We went out of the dining hall and saw some students pointing towards the room of this Kashmiri student. We rushed to the room and saw him hanging with the ceiling fan," a student said.
