Government forces on Tuesday morning launched a Cordon and Search Operation (CASO) in Bongam of Karimabad area in South Kashmir’s Pulwama District.
Reports reaching to The Kashmiriyat said that a joint team of Army 55 RR, and Special Operation Group (SOG) the area.
A police Source Confirmed the incident and said that the cordon was launched following inputs about the Movement of some suspected militants.
Clashes have also erupted in the area between youth and the Government Forces.
The searches operation was underway in the village when this report was last filed.
