Dead Bodies Found in Islamabad Township Identified

Two Dead Bodies that were recovered from the Bagh Waed mountain near Malaknag in South Kashmir’s Islamabad (Anantnag) district have been identified.

Sources told The Kashmiriyat that the youth have been identified as a local of Islamabad (anantnag) township and another one is a resident of Kishtwar.

A Police official confirming the incident  to The Kashmiriyat said that on Wednesday afternoon two unknown dead bodies were found near the Bagh waed area.

The police immediately recovered the dead bodies who were later identified as Sahil Ahmed Sofi son of Mohammed Shafi Sofi, a resident of Malaknag and Bipin who is a resident of Jagti area in Jammu.

The official said that the bodies were taken to the hospital for autopsy where it was found that there is no murder involved.

He said that Police has taken cognizance of the matter and is investigating the matter.
