District Administration Retrieves 17 Marlas of Land in islambad (Anantnag) town

A special team of district administration in South Kashmir’s Islamabad (anantnag) led by ADC launched a massive drive against the illegal encroachment near Khanbal bridge.

During this drive, the tea, retrieved prime state land measuring 17 Marlas with a market value of Rs 15 to 20 lac per Marla, under Khasra Number 666. situated near khanabal bridge at the entry of this South Kashmir township.

The retrieved land has been handed over to the R&B Division Khanabal, informed Tehsildar, a press release by District information Office issued to The Kashmiriyat said.

Pertinent to mention here that the anti encroachment drive is underway across the district and hundreds of kanals of state land and kahcharai land have been retrieved so far.
