In Islamabad (anantnag) township, 86 Votes Polled out of 8179 in 12 Areas

Amid a boycott, the polling stations across the Islamabad (anantnag) district are wearing a deserted look on Tuesday as the area goes to polls in the third phase of Lok Sabha Polls 2019.

Out of total 8179 voters, only 86 people have voted in 12 areas of South Kashmir’s Islamabad (Anantnag) district.

In Hazratbal A- 3 Out of 605, In Hazartbal B- 1 Out of 605, Hazrat C 11 votes of 615, Shirpora Payeen- 12 vote out of 1066, Khaa Bazar- 4 votes out of 724, In Malaknag A 7 out of 784, Malaknag out B- 1 Out of 710, In New Qazibagh A– 8 OUT OF 732, N Qazibagh B- 11 out of 835, Qazibagh A, 5 out of 700, Mattan Adda A- 8 out of 895, In mattan Adda B- 14 out of 513.

Meanwhile the locals of Brinty alleged that Forces barged into the area and vandalised property worth Lakhs.

“Amid intense clashes in the area, the Government Forces barged into several households and vandalized the property of Locals in the area,” A local told The Kashmiriyat.
