Scuffle at Darul Uloom in Islamabad's Bangi Nowgam, 2 Students beaten Featured

January 30

A scuffle erupted between the locals and a Darul Uloom located in Bangi Nowgam of South Kashmir's Islamabad District on Tuesday afternoon.

In the scuffle two students were reportedly beaten by the locals over a water dispute.

"They have got a water connection, a few locals asked them to give water connection from the new line, however the Darul Uloom refused," a local told The Kashmiriyat.

"Islam says availing water is one of the greatest virtue, but they denied us water after which a heated argument started which resulted in a brawl," he added.

The identity of the injured students could not be confirmed as of yet.

Pertinently the Darul Uloom is owned by Islamic Organization, Sout ul Awliya.
