'Ache Din Aayenge' Asaram says in Viral Audio Clip

A purported audio clip of controversial godman Asaram has gone viral from the barracks of Jodhpur Central Jail.

Asaram was awarded a ‘life till death’ sentence by a court earlier this week for raping a minor girl in 2013.

The audio clip that is addressed to his followers is said to be of April 27. In it, he appreciates his followers for not coming down in large numbers to Jodhpur as it could have led to a law and order problem on the day of his judgment.]

Asaram is heard saying the famous Modi Line-‘Ache Din Aayenge.’

“Big pitfalls can lead to bigger roads,” he is heard saying.

He is also heard advising his disciples to stay away from getting influenced and incited by political parties. “I have no feud with any party. I am a Gandhian.”

The emergence of the audio recording of an inmate has puzzled the jail authorities. No probe has been launched yet to verify the clip.

The rape convict has created a Rs 10,000-crore empire with 400 ashrams in India and other parts of the world in four decades and has millions of followers worldwide.

Asaram is also facing a rape case in Surat in Gujarat.

Poor Airtel Signal Irks Users at Mehmood Abad Dooru of South Kashmir

Airtel is thought to be the fastest growing company to provide best services to its customers but some areas are still getting the weak signal & while communicating face interruptions.

The Company does run advertisements claiming Ookla Speed Leaders and best services in distant corners, but there is a problem.

The problem is being reflected by the general public of Mehmood Abad –Dooru & it is obligatory upon the company management to restore the better services as per the norms of communication.

The Locals said that it is almost impossible to catch signal in the area and whenever they try to make a call, the call gets dropped.

The Residents also told The Kashmiriyat that from past many years Airtel has never been able to properly avail services in the area.

The locals told The Kashmiriyat that signal problem is directly the violation of customer services in the said area as people pay properly for the services.

They demanded immediate restoration of uninterrupted Airtel services.

15 Sheep Killed in a Leopard Attack in Islamabad

15 sheep were killed and some left injured by the leopard that sneaked into a makeshift shed for the domestic animals of Ghulam Mohammed Khanday at village Larkipora area in South Kashmir’s Islamabad (Anantnag).

The villagers informed that four leopard were wandering in the area from the wee hours of Saturday due creating panic in the entire area.

The locals while speaking to The Kashmiriyat appealed the administration and wildlife department to take immediate steps to control these wild beasts to stop any major incident.

Road Race Conducted by ARTO in South Kashmir's Islamabad

A Road race was today organized by Assistant Regional Transport Office Islamabad (Anantnag) under 'Sadak Suraksha Jeevan Raksha' at Islamabad in South Kashmir on Saturday.

The Road race was organized from Akad Park in Islamabad and concluded at Tik Bagh in Sarnal area.

The First Position, Mushtaq Ahmed Boomla, Son of Farid u Din Boomla, a student of GDC Bijbehara while the Second Position was secured by  Muhstaq Ahmed Bimla son of Mohammed Lateef from Jawahar Nav Vidyalaya School  in Aishmuqam and the third position was secured by Aijaz Akram Dar from Government Degree College (GDC) in Bijbehara.

The race was conducted under the supervision of Assistant Regional Transport Officer (ARTO) for Islamabad (Anantnag) District, Wajahat Ahmed.

DC for District Islamabad (Anantnag) flagged off the 9 Kilometre race at Akad park.

Scores of Students from various colleges and schools participated in the event and reiterated that they would work for road Safety.

Islamabad Boy Goes Missing, Family Seeks Help from General Public

A 19 year old boy from Islamabad District in South Kashmir has been missing since Thursday afternoon, his family told The Kashmiriyat.

Identified as Owais Ahmad Dar S/o Farooq Ahmad Dar R/o Monghal in Islamabad has been missing since 4pm on Thursday.

One of his friend told The Kashmiriyat that Owais left home yesterday at 4 pm after which he lost his phone signal. 

The Police helped them to locate the last phone signal which was was at Mirbazar.

" We have been constantly trying to call him,but his phone is switched off", his friend said.

The family has asked general public to help the family to trace out the missing youth.

Stone Pelting in Islamabad Town

Stone Throwing clashes erupted near Lazibal area of main town in Islamabad (Anantnag) district of South Kashmir on Thursday.

Sources told The Kashmiriyat that Scores of youth threw stones on Government Forces deployed in the area after the Militant attack.

The troops Fired tear smoke shells force to disperse the protesting youth.

The clashes were going on when this report was filed.

Earlier Militant had attacked a CRPF Patrolling party in the area after which Government Forces laid a siege around the area.

CASO launched in Aishmuqam

The Government Forces have launched a Cordon and Search Operation in Lakripora of Aishmuqam  area in South Kashmir's Islamabad District on Thursday.

Officials sources confirmed to The Kashmiriyat that 3 RR of Indian Army, CRPF and Jammu Kashmir police launched the Anti Militancy Operation after receiving specific inputs about the presence of Militants in the area.

A door to Door search operation has been initiated in the area as all the entry and exit points have been sealed.

Lazibal Update- Injured Civilian Succumbs

The Civilian Injured in A Suspected Militant attack in South Kashmir's Islamabad (anantnag) town has succumbed to his injuries on the way to Srinagar for treatment.

"Civilian Shafiq Shabir Shah died on the way to Srinagar near Bijbehara," Sources told The Kashmiriyat.

Hospital officials had earlier confirmed that he had sustained a Bullet injury on his chest.

Shabir was a resident of Khar Mohallah in South Kashmir's Shopian District.

Pertinently, Suspected Militants had opened fire upon Government Forces deployed near Anachidoora point on KP Road.
