The south Kashmir’s Pulwama district has recorded 0.6 per cent and islamabad (Anantnag) district has witnessed 2.6 per cent till 10 am during the ongoing fourth phase of Panchayat polls in Jammu Kashmir
Bandipora in North Kashmir has witnessed 3.2 per cent and 29.1 was recorded in Budgam district
