The Locals of Goripora in Beerwah of Central Kashmir’s Budgam district have accused the Government Forces of vandalising their property during nocturnal raids on Tuesday.
Locals told The Kashmiriyat that Government Forces raided the locality to arrest a few youth, as soon as the forces barged into the houses, Locals came out and threw stones on them, triggering clashes in the locality.
They said that the government forces used tear smoke shells to disperse the people.
However, after the bid to arrest was foiled by the local residents, the Government forces resorted to vandalisation of property and smashed private vehicles and windowpanes some houses.
