Following landslides at various spots and fresh snowfall at Jawahar Tunnel, authorities shut the highway connecting Jammu with Srinagar on thursday,
Officials told The Kashmiriyat that vehicular movement has been barred on the highway as nearly one feet of snow has accumulated at the Jawahar Tunnel.
They said that there have been landslides also in Ramban and Ramsoo areas falling on the highway.

“No vehicular movement will be allowed on the highway till the snow and debris of landslides are cleared,” they said.
