We Should be Trained with Arms, Necessary to Form Israel in Kashmir: Pandit Activist

Various Kashmiri Pandit activists based in Jammu and elsewhere in India while demanding an end to the political space and process in the valley have called for a “decisive battle against jihad”.

Speaking on a webinar attended by various activists of the pandit community, they sought a military approach to handle the Kashmir situation while criticizing the Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat.

The webinar (condolence meeting) was held on a day after the killing of Kashmiri BJP Leader, Rakesh Pandit by unknown gunmen in the Tral area of Sout Kashmir’s Pulwama district.

Several Pandit activists based in Kashmir and elsewhere have ridiculed the comments and said none of those present on the webinar represents the Pandit community. “They are hatemongers, they have an agenda and do not want to see peace between the two communities, they do not represent Kashmiri Pandits,” a Pandit Activist told The Kashmiriyat.

Here is the full transcript of the meeting.

Tito Ganju:

My heart is bleeding, I am shocked, the killing of Shree Rakesh Pandita of Tral, Kashmir is not an ordinary murder, it is also not merely one more killing by terrorists operating in Kashmir Valley. All the news reports which have acknowledged the motivation behind the killing including the taking of responsibility by a terrorist outfit operating there, confirm that this killing is a genocidal killing of a member of internally displaced Hindus of Kashmir.

It is very pertinent to recognize that those forces who inflicted genocide on the Hindus of Kashmir and accomplished almost a total religious cleansing of the Hindu population living in Kashmir are complacent in this killing as well. We all are aware that genocidal forces operating in Kashmir valley have a record of numerous killings of members of the Hindu community of Kashmir to prevent their return to the valley, Sangrampoor massacre, Phool massacre, wandhama massacre, Telvani massacre, Nadimar massacre, then killing of Ajay Pandita, Killing of Ms Nischal, Killing of Mehra and now killing of rakesh Pandita are a continuity of a genocidal campaign which aims at stopping all possibility of return and rehabilitation of Hindus in Kashmir.

The news about this incident came out yesterday and apparently we cannot see the response of the government. Mass condemnation and few statements from the government, but again no desired action will be taken against them. The state has always been a participator rather than an actor in the genocide, and this genocide continues.

Sushil Pandit:

I have been giving tributes to so many people for so many years, this has become a ritual now.

The genocidal killing of Rakesh Pandita is not last, it is a fresh injury inflicted on us. I know more killings will happen like they have happened in past. The series of killing is not going to stop. We don’t have to be in a delusion that this will somehow stop. We are collectively answerable to this, we collectively chose our representatives, they are not willing to face the problem, they are not willing to accept the challenges, and they are not willing to recognize the enemy, when they are not ready to face it, why will they do anything about it?

After almost 30 years, in February 2019, then Home Secretary, Rajiv Gauba, in a press release wrote that there has been genocide of Kashmiri Pandits and then only restrictions were imposed on JKLF because they are responsible for it. It is the only exception in the last 31 years.

Before raising questions on others we have to make sure if our government recognizes our genocide. This genocide is an outcome of Jihad, are they ready to accept it? The Jihad in Kashmir will not stop, this Jihad will engulf the whole of India, are they ready to accept it? Are they ready to consider the plans to fight this Jihad in India?

A famous security official once said that “India is the only country in the world that is fighting Jihad in a democratic way.” The problem is he said it after his retirement. He was National security Advisor, M.K Narayan.

The things they say after retirement don’t matter, what matters is if they have spine to take appropriate actions when they are in the office.

The decision of 5th August 2019 was more of like a flash in the pan, nothing more is seen. All the advantages this initiative delivered to us have been squandered. We are in a worse stage than we were before 5th August 2019, because till then at least there was this apprehension that if the government of India does such a thing then there will be an irreversible damage to Jihad and then it will be taken to its logical conclusion and therefore we must be ready to face the consequences. Today they are aware that they need to fear none. Every decision is pushing us to hopelessness.

This is evident that the voters and the party workers have themselves started to question the government in the centre that is why this government cannot continue this drama anymore. Either they are to be forced to fight the Jihad in Kashmir or they will have to leave the place. The only matter of concern is who will take this place.

The only responsibility of victim of genocide is to speak the truth.

Dr. Mahesh Kaul:

The continued assassination of Kashmiri Pandits even after the decision of 5th August, proves the hollowness of the decision.

Recently, the Twitter account of Kanchan Gupta was suspended for mere tweet proves that we don’t have a right government in the centre.

The Spy Chronicles: RAW, ISI and the Illusion of Peace is an important book that elaborates how the Indian government functions. A.S Dulat along with Aditya Sinha has written this book along with ISI chief Asad Durani, and it was published, nobody banned it and nobody commented on it. How two spy agents of a nation, who we consider as antagonists, who carry out subversive attacks on our nation, with them our RAW chief publishes a book, it is a matter of shame. To date, the government of India did not raise any concern over this book.

The government has to answer if they agree with what they have written about Kashmir and if they don’t agree with it then both the authors should be immediately presented before the court and asked is how subversive attacks in Kashmir are carried out.

We are also accused that even being in high number we didn’t fight those terrorists but they don’t know about our concentration, 3% people yet we retaliated. Bengal, where there is more than 70% Hindu population yet the Hindu genocide took place there in 2021. More than 1 lakh people fled to Assam. Even being in majority why couldn’t they retaliate. We were merely 3% of the population and on top of that article 370 was intact in valley, yet we retaliated. Our displacement in Kashmir was termed as Migration and in Bengal, it was termed as post-poll tension and that is how they trivialize Hindu genocide.

It is not only about genocide, I read it somewhere that if there is a Hindu Barat going and Namaz is also going on at same time, hindu people have to seek permission from them first, this is a matter of Shame.

Those people who were anti-nationals, used to curse BJP are now their advisors, are their party members now. When you have people like them in your party, what will happen to the provision of the nation.

Dhananjay Keer in his book Veer Sarvakar wrote that When Sarvakar visited Kashmir he was told his discourse will not be acceptable in Kashmir because Hindus are in minority to which he replied, “In Kashmir, Hindus are not in minority, it is the part of whole Indian mainstream and they are in majority according to that.” This means mainstreaming is the desired action, which didn’t even happen after the scrapping of article 370.

Institutions have been subverted in Kashmir; the people appointed in universities have a history of Jihadi work.

The current situations are forcing us to think that maybe it was an illusion to vote for the current government.

Recently a video of 6 year old was doing rounds on Twitter, where a child demanded to lessen the burden of online classes and gets a reply from lt. gov. of UT but the pending degrees of Kashmiri pandits never concerned them.

The video of 6 years old was forward only to relax the burden of online classes so that the people there are free for stone-pelting because we know Amarnath Yatra is scheduled in June. Have they ever heard any concern of Jammu kids, how many people have been handicapped in Amarnath Yatra registration, has it ever concerned them? Subversives are guiding national security.

We are the practical exponents of understanding the nuisance of Jihad, what they do when they are in minority, what happens when they are powerful.

A Kashmiri Pandit, I won’t name him, tweeted about Rakesh Pandita that it is not a big deal like other Muslim sarpanch workers are killed there same happens with Kashmiri Hindu Sarpanch. This is not acceptable, there is a communal problem in Kashmir.

Every Kashmiri Pandit is a national security advisor because they know what Jihad is, we don’t have to learn it from others, they are devastating the country to stop them we Hindus have to unify.

We have to stand with Jammu people who face discrimination. We Kashmiri pandits will share our experience in this fight, for victory. Also, we will not tolerate any killing our brothers.

Ankur Sharma, Chief Ikk Jutt Jammu:

The type of structure of polity in Indian government that has been there for past 70 years, in that structure the nationalists, people standing with the nation, fighting against Jihad are people from 2nd class, 3rd class, 4th class category. There is an institutionalised process which incentivises separatism and excise out nationalists from all sectors of polity, policymaking.

The major problem in Jammu Kashmir is Jihad. The first important thing in this regard is to address the problem by its name. Let us first call the problem by its real name. Why are you covering it up? Why are you apologetic?

Jihad as a war form should be described completely so that a narrative is built in the nation. Also our armed forces, security forces and policy analysts should be briefed about it.

The annihilation that took place in the early 90s and 2000s, the government should declare it as Genocide.

After declaring it as genocide, the perpetrator which includes the Kashmiri society which acted as bunkers for the Jihadis during the Kashmiri pandit genocide should be punished. Also, the politicians of that time, whose speeches fall under the convention of genocide e.g., Farooq Abdullah and all other separatist people should be punished.

The first step in reversing genocide is recognition of the fact that it has happened. The denial will perpetuate it further and take it to the ultimate climax.

The ultimate motive of Pakistan is the Islamisation of Hindustan through Ghazwa-e-Hind, which will first of all start from J&K, which will be carried to the Himalayas; it is a need of an hour to create a Hindu foothold in Kashmir to successfully stop the plans of Pakistan. Set up Panun Kashmir. A decisive battle against Jihad has to be unleashed, as a policy matter of jihadi war form, only then we can say that Rakesh’s killing was the last of its kind or else these killings will keep going on.

Nancy Kaul:

The police arrested a person in regard to the killing of Rakesh when they reached his home, the boy snatched their rifle and locked himself in a room, his parents, police and security officials told him to come out but he refused, at the end, they had to blast the house.

The government has no other way than Panun Kashmir. The bill that we forwarded to PM was delayed due to corona pandemics but now the bill lies with home minister and discussion is going on. As long as Panun Kashmir is not established in Kashmir the situation will be worse.

We are getting high praises from organisations like RSS that we started Panun Kashmir from bottom zero.

Lalit Ambardar:

The genocidal perpetuation is going on in J&K for the last 70 years. My matter of concern is not what Jihadis are doing in Kashmir but how ignorant the successive governments in Delhi are about it.

The matter of concern is news channels that consider themselves right-wing, nationalists say that terrorism has no religion, the murder of Rakesh Pandita is a stain on whole Indian secularism. If our resistance under exile is still going on it is all because we have a home in Jammu in exile. The Dogras of Jammu provided us shelter. And we should be thankful to Dogras of Jammu for that.

Kashmir is a military problem; the jihadists in Kashmir have to be eradicated.

Dr Iqbal was the mind behind the formation of Pakistan, he carried out lectures in Europe to raise funds for Pakistan but his name and photos are prominent in our universities.

I envy the people of Ladakh, they are now fully Indians but the trouble is for the Jammu people and Kashmiri Hindus, they are deprived. We have the right to demand bifurcation of J&K in which statehood should be given to Jammu and Panun Kashmir should be established in UT Kashmir.

Kashmir is part of India till today only because of our activism. Don’t think we are less, we are very important. We can avoid these martyrdoms only when Indian government will stop using Kashmiri Hindus as guinea pigs in their continued secular experimentations in Kashmir.

American withdrawal of troops from Afghanistan has started; the courage of Pakistan is high, after September the situation in Kashmir is going to be worse. There is a huge investment of Jihad in Kashmir. Turkey is supporting this Jihad in Kashmir; they are making songs about Kashmir. Ertugrul is famous in Kashmiri households, they sing his songs.

Shivranjani Raina:

After scrapping of article 370 we were hopeful for ‘Acchhe din” but unfortunately nothing changed. The situation is the same as 1989-the 90s, our administration is directionless. Whatever we say it doesn’t reach to masses.

The situation here is worse. Today it was Rakesh Pandita tomorrow it can be any one of us. The state as well as the centre government has failed to stop the genocide, we all sarpanch, Panchs, ULB members are going to soon discuss how we are being used as cannon fodders, we will take a collective decision if we are going to continue to work here.

Rakesh Hundoo:

We are accused of not fighting for our rights but I want to clarify it to people that during insurgency we went to many Hindu organizations to provide us arms because we wanted to fight the terrorists but we were exploited. I am against the people who are working in Kashmir, constructing the roads, buildings, schools.
I will soon post a video of what we did during our anti-insurgency campaign under Jagmohan, Jagmohan was a survivor of Kashmiri Pandits. When he was expelled from Kashmir, it was the biggest blunder.

As we are condemning the killings of Ajay Pandit and Rakesh Pandita, we need to also be aware of the fact that two local Hindus were killed too, they didn’t have any political background that is why they aren’t talked about. One of them was the son of the famous Dhaba wala, he has a Dhaba right in front of Burn hall school, his son was killed for registering for a domicile certificate and the other was Satpal, a Jeweller.

Their clear mission is to discourage the return of Kashmiri Pandits and Hindus to the valley.

When I contested in the 2014 elections, I was called many times to come without my bodyguards and security forces because they wanted to trap me too.

There is only solution to this and that is a separate homeland for Kashmiri pandits, where we can live and protect ourselves, we should be trained with arms, it is necessary to form Israel there. There is no second option available with the government of India.

We need to wake up, we have to get up and we need arms.

Manan Saxena:

The Indian state is absolutely against the Bharat Rashtra. I blame RSS for the failure of Hindu Rashtra, they are forming a secular organization, who is going to listen to Hindu genocide. RSS never allowed the consolidation of Hindus of India. The incidents like Rakesh Pandita and Ajay Pandita are happening because we are under the hallucination that someday the ‘Bharat Rashtra will take a stand for us. But there is no Bharat Rashtra.

The only way to establish Panun Kashmir is to unify the Hindus of India in a way they can feel it in their bones. Islam is a transnational, socio-political, martial system, it is a war ideology that is being fuelled by their religion you cannot fight this war ideology because we don’t have fuel.

We can only establish panun Kashmir, Panun Bharat or Israeli model only if we unify all the Hindus of nation. The jihadi mindset is a threat to our wellbeing and we have to fight them.

Arundhati Roy in JNU said Hindusim is a violent system, yes we are a violent system and we are proud of it. We have to be violent. I am not saying we take up the arms and solve the Kashmir issue, I am saying we have to form pressure we have to resort to form where government thinks we are capable of doing something.
Ajay Khosa:

We should do assessments that why is this happening in Kashmir and outside Kashmir as well and why the government at the centre is mute spectator in this case.
Kashmiri Pandits were forcibly dragged to Kashmir from Jammu and used as sacrificial lambs by BJP government to fulfil their experiment of political process in Kashmir. Genocide has been going on in Kashmir Jinnah when he carried Direct action.

Ramesh Manvati:

I will not go to the extent that we have lost Kashmir, we are in the process of fighting a war that is so tough, we are fighting against a system that is mute, dumb and intellectually paralysed.

The history researchers should know that there was a connection between Sheikh Mohammad Abdullah and Maulana Abdul Kalam Azad, we have to know what conspired between the two, at least I have not come across any public correspondence between the two leaders.

When reading rooms for parties in Kashmir existed, Sheikh Mohammad Abdullah conspired with others about the separation of Kashmir, the information was leaked to Maharajas and his Bengali ally fled away. The government has to look into it, the psychology of Kashmiri Muslims.

Unfortunately, our intellectual class, policymakers, politicians, non-politicians and our media are either not understanding the depth of the situation or refuse to understand what exactly is happening in Kashmir for a variety of reasons.

We need to keep the pressure on government as well as on the policymakers within government and non-government simultaneously. Kashmir gets prominence in media; Jammu doesn’t get any attention from media.

Shailendra Aima:

Hindus are important to garner votes; but every time they address the nation their only concern is ‘sabka sath, sabka vikas’ they want support of those who want to destroy the nation. My parents served RSS, I was told that it is meant for Hindus of India but as I grow up I hear the RSS say that the Hindutva is incomplete without Islam.

Indian Military established a project in Kashmir WHAM (Winning hearts and minds), army is to conquer territories, army is to fight a war, and army is not to fight hearts and minds. When army starts to fight hearts and minds it will not kill, when you don’t kill the enemy, when you don’t catch the enemy, when you try to make the enemy happy, then you succumb.

Dr Ajay Chrungoo:

There are three classes in Hindus, first-class which consists of the majority who are actually slaves but consider themselves free, the other class are slave drivers who run the slaves and other class who are alert like you and me, you understand this hypocrisy.

The Kashmiri pandit genocide is the beginning of a ferocious Islamic invasion. We don’t want Hindus of this nation to suffer more that is why we are demanding them to recognize Hindu genocide and punish the perpetrators.
