Won’t Allow Mutton Dealers to Keep Public Hostage: Admin

Stating that the mutton dealers are misusing their monopoly, the divisional administration of Kashmir on Wednesday said that strict action will be taken against those who are keeping the general public hostage for their vested interests. Divisional Commissioner Kashmir, PK Pole told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that three livestock trucks were seized in three districts of Kashmir including Shopian in South Kashmir, Budgam, and Srinagar in Central Kashmir. The U.N. health agency and its partners have found in a new study that nearly one in three women worldwide have experienced physical or sexual violence in their lifetimes. CASO Launched by Joint Forces in Shopian Area

The Government Forces on Wednesday morning launched Cordon and Search Operation (CASO) in the Watoo area of the Shopian district of South Kashmir. An official told The Kashmiriyat that a search operation has been launched jointly by forces including RR of the Indian Army, Jammu Kashmir Police, and CRPF in Watoo area of Shopian.
