Mubashir Naik In a chilling incident fourty people have been reported missing after a major cloudburst in the Kishtwar area of the Chenab valley. An official told The Kashmiriyat that a cloud burst has occured in village Honjar Dacchan around 25KM away from District headquarter Kishtwar. After the cloud burst fourty people were people were missing from their houses in the locality. Immediately after the incident a rescue operation was launched to find the missing persons. They said that  six bodies recovered so far and 5 people were rescued in the morning. Seven houses have completely washed away. Among the deceased are 2 from Nomdic families and three locals. The officials said that massive operations operations underway to rescue the rest of the trapped civilians.

Human Rights Watch on Tuesday accused the Israeli military for carrying out attacks against Hamas militant group that “apparently amount to war crimes” during an 11-day war in May. The International Human Rights organization after investigating three Israeli airstrikes, issued its conclusions that it had killed 62 Palestinian civilians. It said “there were no evident military targets in the vicinity” of the attacks. The report also accused the Palestinian militants of apparent war crimes, by launching over 4,000 unguided rockets and mortars at Israeli population centres. The Jammu Kashmir Special Tribunal Srinagar in a landmark decision has on Monday directed Srinagar Municipal Corporation to cancel the permission granted by then Joint Commissioner Planning of the civic body in 2019 to an land owner for construction of residential flats in Nadir Gund area in Peerbagh on wetland and Abi-awal land.
