Jammu Kashmir government on Wednesday ordered transfer of 26 officers, 25 of them JKAS, in the interest of administration with immediate effect. According to an order issued by the government, Vikar Ahmad Giri, JKAS, Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Udhampur, has been transferred and posted as Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Ramsoo, against an available vacancy. “He shall also hold the charge of the post of Sub-Registrar, Ramsoo, in addition to his own duties, till further orders,” reads the order, a copy of which lies with GNS.
