Rajdeep Singh 28-year-old man has been was charged under IPC sections 341 (wrongful restraint) 504 (intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of peace) and 506 (criminal intimidation) and was arrested on Tuesday for allegedly blocking actor Ajay Devgan’s car outside Film City in Goregaon.
The man demanded to know why the latter had not spoken out in support of farmers protesting against the Centre’s new agricultural laws.
Singh a resident of Santosh Nagar locality in the northern suburb, is a driver from Punjab, a state which has had a huge role in the farmers protest.
