Handwara police have arrested a young man for allegedly molesting a 4-year-old girl in a local village, an official stated on Tuesday.
According to a police officer, the incident was reported by the victim’s family, and the minor girl was taken to GMC Handwara for examination. Doctors confirmed the molestation.
