Since the enforcement of the Election Model Code of Conduct, various enforcement teams in Kathua district have intercepted and confiscated cash and liquor worth Rs 29,51,630.
“The vigilant enforcement teams have exhibited unwavering dedication to preserving the integrity of the electoral process,” affirmed the District Election Officer Kathua, also serving as the Returning Officer for the 4-Udhampur PC.
“We are resolute in our efforts to promptly and decisively thwart any infractions of the model code of conduct,” he emphasized.
