After launching a cordon and search operation in the Baderwan of Renzipora area in Awantipora belt of South Kashmir’s Pulwama District early morning on Wednesday, the forces have extended the joint operation to nearby areas.
On the Wednesday morning, the forces including RR of Indian Army, CRPF and Jammu Kashmir police sealed all the entry and exit points to the area and extended the cordon and search operation to Dogripora, Wakherwan and Douhwat.

Sources informed The Kashmiriyat that a hideout of Militants has been busted in the Baderwan area as a heavy contingent of forces reached this Awantipora locality and started conducting a search operation in the area.
Meanwhile mobile internet services have been suspended in the Awantipora Police District, Locals said
