March 16 One unidentified Militant has been killed when they were intercepted by Indian Army's 34 RR in Kujar area of Yaripora in Kulgam  district of South Kashmir. Militants Attack Army Camp in Khudwani

February 26 Panic gripped Khudwani area of Quimoh belt in South Kashmir's Kulgam District on Tuesday evening when the sound of gunshots reverberated  in the area. Sources told The Kashmiriyat that suspected Militants opened fire upon a camp of 1 RR of Indian Army in Khudwani area of Kulgam. However, the army men deployed in the camp retaliated to the fire, however the attackers managed to successfully escape from the spot. Thousands Attend the Funeral of Slain Raqib in Kulgam

February 25 Thousands of people on Monday reached Kulgam to attend the funeral prayers of a local Jaish militant who was killed in an encounter  in Tudigam area of south Kashmir's Kulgam district. Locals told The Kashmiriyat that thousands of people defying the cold thronged the native of Raqib Ahmad in Shiganpora area of Kulgam to attend the funeral of the slain Militant. Locals said that the body of Raqib was recovered from the encounter site in Tudigam village of Kulgam on Sunday evening. “Four round of funeral prayers were offered by tens of thousands of people for the slain militant,” eyewitnesses told The Kashmiriyat. Meanwhile, a complete shutdown is being observed in Kulgam against the killing of the Militant.
