Massive clashes erupted between protesting students and Government Forces in Keller area of Shopian about 15 Kilometers away from main town of Shopian, Sources told The Kashmiriyat.
Eyewitnesses said that scores of students from Keller shouting slogans to demand punishment to the culprits of Asifa case upon reaching Police station keller threw stones on the Police station.
The Police fired tear smoke shells on the students , after which massive clashes began.
The Clashes were going on when this report was filed.
Clashes had also begun in Shopian’s Main town where a few people have also sustained injuries.
Reportedly, The Government Forces fired in the air to disperse the protesting students.
