After 37 students were tested positive for covid-19 in Kulgam, At least fourteen students were tested positive for covid 19 in the Katsoo area of Sirigufwara in Anantnag district of South Kashmir on Wednesday.
An official of the Education Department posted in Sirigufwara told The Kashmiriyat that at least 14 students tested positive for COVID-19 at Government High School Katsoo Srigufwara in Anantnag School.
The school has been ordered to shut for a period of seven days by the authorities, the official said.

The Chief Medical officer in Anantnag has directed the schools to follow the covid protocols strictly.
Earlier 37 students were tested positive for covid 19 in Khul area of Kulgam’s Damhal Belt.
Meanwhile, another private school in Mattan Anantnag has been closed for 3 days after its head tested positive for cOVID-19 infection.
