Mehbooba Mufti, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) President was disallowed on Tuesday to move out of her residence once again by the Jammu Kashmir administration, as per reports.
According to the report the former Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir was scheduled to visit Budgam today.
Earlier in November, Mehbooba had claimed that she and her daughter, Iltija Mufti, were placed under house arrest and not allowed to visit the Pulwama residence of party leader Waheed Parra, who was arrested by the NIA.
“I’ve been illegally detained yet again. Since two days, J&K admin has refused to allow me to visit @parawahid’s family in Pulwama. BJP Ministers & their puppets are allowed to move around in every corner of Kashmir but security is a problem only in my case,” Mehbooba had said in a tweet.
Meanwhile a day after the Delhi Chief Minister visited the farmers protest site in New Delhi, he has been placed under house arrest.
Arvind Kejriwal has been arrested in his house and is being disallowed to move out of his house, the Aam Aadmi Party said.
