There is a blatant violation of Court order as some unscrupulous elements continue with ‘illegal’ construction in the Firdous Colony Eidgah area of Srinagar city.

One of the aggrieved parties alleged that despite court directions some SMC officials are allowing ‘illegal’ construction at Firdous Colony Eidgah.

He said these elements have developed the Modus Operandi of carrying out the construction on holidays and lockdown periods so that they don’t approach the court.

“On 26th January such construction was witnessed in the area.buy lipitor online https://www.ecladent.co.uk/wp-content/themes/twentysixteen/inc/new/lipitor.html no prescription The irony is that these elements have dumped the construction material to carry out the work during the intervening night of 29/30 January.”

He alleged that concerned implementing agencies are hand in glove with these unscrupulous elements and turn blind eye to court orders which have clearly directed to maintain a status quo.

It is pertinent to mention here that Eidgah, Khushalsar, interior Noorbagh, and adjoining areas have turned greener pastures for the land mafia and various departments who earn from illegal constructions, landfilling, and encroachment.buy vardenafil online https://www.ecladent.co.uk/wp-content/themes/twentysixteen/inc/new/vardenafil.html no prescription

“The inefficacy of law implementing agencies have emboldened land brokers and contractors so much that they least care about legal provisions.”

When contacted an official from SMC refuted the allegations, though he said that a team will be sent to the spot to ascertain the facts. “If they have raised the structure against the court order, it will be raised to the ground,” he said. (KNT)
