The Government Forces have allegedly assaulted the family members of Lateef Ahmed Dar alas Tiger in Dogripora area of South Kashmir’s Pulwama District, an allegation the government forces have denied.
Locals informed The Kashmiriyat that forces during the intervening night of Tuesday and Wednesday entered the house of the Lateef Tiger and thrashed the inmates including his three brothers.
They said that the forces also ransacked the household items and vandalized the property in the house for the second time.

Earlier the father of Lateef and his two brothers, Nadeem and Zubair had been picked up by the forces before the kidnappings of Local Policemen and their relatives began.
The locals alleged that forces broke into several households and thrashed the neighbours of the Hizb Commander, one of whom is hospitalized in the District hospital of Pulwama, Confirmed by Hospital Sources to The Kashmiriyat.
The Forces denied any involvement and said they will investigate the matter, if they receive any complaint, however they have received none as of yet from anyone.
