In a shocking incident, a 24-year-old female aspirant has allegedly posted the morphed pictures her 39-year-old teacher, who is an advocate at Telangana high court.
Police, in a detailed statement regarding the incident, said that the woman hailing from Anantapur district of Andhra Pradesh joined the same coaching center where the victim worked as faculty member.
As per the statement, the girl was preparing for civils and also Group-I entrances.
Over the course of her studying under the guidance of the said teacher at the coaching center in Andhra Pradesh, she developed feelings for the him.
“Even though she knew that the teacher was married, she constantly tried to persuade the victim. This led to constant rejections from the faculty member who was steadfast to his commitments to his marital vows.”
She was persistent in her advances which were stopped by the man constantly, Police said.
Spurned by her love, she went down the path of vengeance fueled by resentment.
The police further stated that she took pictures from the man’s social media that also included pictures of his children (aged 2 and 11), morphed them and posted them on all social media platforms using fake accounts.
Police stated, “From various platforms she collected pictures of the man and his family, morphed them and spread those nude pictures and videos all over.”
The morphed images even reached the victim’s relatives and wife. “It even extended to the official accounts of the high court,” Police said.
The privacy invasion and emotional distress felt by the victim and his family is beyond words.
The Cyber Crime police of Hyderabad has taken swift action and traced the perpetrator’s activities in Anantapur where the accused was arrested and transported to Hyderabad to face charges.
“She is currently under judicial remand,” police said.
