Clashes between protesters and government forces erupted in Tralarea of south Kashmir’s Pulwama district where a gunfight between militants and forces is underway.
Two Militants are believed to be holed up as a massive gunfireis on from both the sides, ources told The Kashmiriyat.
A Local told The Kashmiriyat that scores of protesters including women assembled and pelted stones on forces who responded to immense tear smoke shelling.
Announcements are being made on loudspeakers in the mosques asking others to come out, a local told The Kashmiriyat.
People in large numbers from adjacent areas including Sopat are trying marching towards the encounter site.
