Internet was snapped in parts of the downtown area of Srinagar on Wednesday, hours after the killing of three Militants in the Srinagar’s Rambagh area.
Protests had erupted after the encounter in various areas of srinagar including the areas of Rambagh and Jamalat, the native of one of the slain- Mehran Shalla.
Immediately after the clashes and protests, the authorities snapped Internet in various areas to avoid any law and order situation. “Internet was snapped around 1130 PM on Wednesday,” a local from downtown told The Kashmiriyat.
