Internet snapped in parts of south Kashmir

Internet services have been suspended in parts of south Kashmir on Saturday afternoon.

Locals from south Kashmir told The Kashmiriyat that internet services were snapped in the Zainapora belt of Shopian, Litter belt of Pulwama, and Yaripora belt of Kulgam on Saturday afternoon.

“All of a sudden around 2 PM, our internet stopped working. We do not know the reason,” Suhail, a resident of Zainapora said.

Similarly, locals from Yaripora and Litter areas of south Kashmir said that their internet services were snapped on Saturday afternoon.

Though officials could not be reached immediately for any comments.
