Thousands of people stormed onto the Yanad roads in Pahalgam from as far as Awantipora and Shangus Utersoo to attend the funeral of Slain Militant, Arif Ahmed Mir, Locals told The Kashmiriyat.
Locals said that the Government Forces have blocked all the entry and exit points to the village, but despite that thousands have managed to reach the funeral.
Some journalists were also stopped on the way to Yenad village, Sources told The Kashmiriyat.
They said that ambulances ferrying youth injured during clashes that had erupted in the village were also disallowed to move outside the village by forces deployed at the entry of the village.
The Kashmiriyat has learnt that massive numbers have poured into yenad despite restrictions and Police, Army CRPF disallowing people to move into the village.
The whole area is reverberating with Pro Freedom and Pro Islam slogans, however the body of the slain Militant has not reached his native Village as of yet
