A senior assistant at the Zonal Education Office in Tral, Pulwama, has been suspended following allegations of sexual harassment.
The Directorate of School Education issued an order stating, “Mr. Mushtaq Ahmad Dar, Senior Assistant at the Zonal Education Office in Tral, is suspended immediately pending an inquiry into his conduct. He has been attached to the Directorate of School Education Kashmir, Srinagar.”
The District Level Committee for the Sexual Harassment of Women at the Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition, and Redressal) Act, 2013, will investigate the allegations and is expected to submit a comprehensive report with recommendations within 10 days.
