The Kashmir valley is observing a shutdown on the hanging anniversary of JKLF founder, Maqbool Bhat.
Reports fro North to South Kashmir said that restrictions have been imposed in the major townships across the valley to thwart any kind of protest.
Mabqool Bhat, a champion of pro Freedom struggle was hanged inside Tihar Jail on 11 February 1984.
Meanwhile the current Chairman of Jammu Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF) Muhammad Yasin Malik while paying tributes to Muhammad Maqbool Butt on his 35th anniversary said that he was an ideologue, a statesman, a warrior, a political leader and a diplomat who led nation of Kashmir on all fronts and sacrificed his life for the sacred cause.
