Internet services have been snapped in various parts of the Kulgam district in South Kashmir, where five Militants were killed during two encounters on Wednesday.
Locals from various areas including Kulgam township, Damhal, Yaripora, Bogund speaking to The Kashmiriyat said that internet was suspended in the aftermath of the encounter.
The internet in Kulgam was suspended a few days ago when two Militants were killed in Czawalgam area of Kulgam. The internet was restored the next day.
Meanwhile, a shutdown is being observed at the native area of one of the slain Militant, Shakir Nazar in Czawlgam.
