One militant has been killed during an exchange of gunfire in Keran area of North Kashmir’s Kupwara after an infiltration bid was foiled.
Reliable sources told Srinagar based agency Kashmir Scroll that an exchange of fire took place between security forces and militants at Keran area of Kupwara district in which one terrorist has been killed so far.
They said that the exchange of fire started after Security forces including 06 RR and Kupwara Police have received input of infiltration in the Keran area following which operation was started.(KS)
