Talking to CNN News18, the Lieutenant Governor said, “I take responsibility for the unfortunate killings. The government has prepared plans to prevent such killings in the Valley. It will be implemented on the ground soon.”
He said an atmosphere of fear is being created by target killing in Jammu Kashmir.
He also said that in the last 2 years, apart from tourism, there has been a spurt in development that terrorists are not able to tolerate. In such a situation, such incidents are carried out to disturb the peace and scare people.
Manoj Sinha told news channel that the death of those who have been killed in the Valley will be avenged.
