A man from Lasjan lost his life when a scooter he was riding on was hit by an army vehicle in Humhama area of Budgam district.
Quoting an official, local news agency Kashmir Scroll reported, an accident took place at Humhuma when Army vehicle of Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) hit one scooty, driven by Nazir Ahmad Bhat son of Mohammad Ramzan Bhat resident of Samarbug Lasjan.
He said the said person died on the spot following which police party Humhama reached the spot and shifted posted to the hospital for legal and medical formalities.
Meanwhile, police have taken cognizance of the incident and started an investigation.
