A tourist cab met with an accident in the Khagund area of Verinag in south Kashmir’s Anantnag district.
An official told The Kashmiriyat that on Friday afternoon a tourist cab skidded off the road in the Khagund area of the Anantnag district, resulting in injuries to eight people.
He added that they were rescued by the locals of the area.
The injured were shifted to the Qazigund hospital where two of them are stated to be critical.
Meanwhile, the teams of Jammu Kashmir Police and CRPF have also reached the spot.
