The Government Forces on Wednesday launched a cordon and search operation in the Shokbaba area of Sumlar in North Kashmir’s Bandipora District.
Sources told The Kashmiriyat that the forces including RR of Indian Army, and Jammu Kashmir police sealed all the entry and exit points to the Sumlar area.
Locals told The Kashmiriyat that a heavy contingent of forces reached this Bandipora locality and are conducting a search operation in the area.
A search operation was going on when this report was being filed.
