DGP Dilbag Singh said that the good thing is that 70 percent of them have been killed or arrested adding that the shelf life of Militants has also reduced.

The DGP further said that if we match the last three-four years, most of the infiltration attempts from Pakistan have been thwarted this year.

Giving information about the operation against the Militants last year, he said, “There were more than 100 operations, 90 of them in Kashmir. A total of 225 Militants were killed in these operations, including 46 top commanders. Arms and ammunition were captured in large numbers.”
