An encounter has started between militants and Government forces in the Binner area of north Kashmir’s Baramulla district.
Official sources told The Kashmiriyat that on Saturday evening a joint group of RR, CRPF and Jammu Kashmir Police after receiving inputs about militant presence in Binner area of Baramulla, launched a cordon and search operation.
As per locals, intermittent exchange of gunfire is going on at the site of the encounter.
